Willowdale Crossing

This project consisted of the ground-up construction of 204 garden-style apartment units located in suburban Frederick, MD, which were developed under a design/build delivery method. CAM completed the associated land development work, and also provided pre-construction and planning services on behalf of the owner. This project was funded through the HUD lending program and complied with all associated DHCD apartment rental guidelines at the time.
